Members who qualify to obtain Bushveld Hunters Dedicated Hunter Status must be captured here with the following documents attached:

1) Completed Bushveld Hunters Dedicated Hunters Application form AV005 OR Online declaration.

2) Completed Declaration that the applicant left his/her previous accredited association in good standing (paid up member and no break in membership) OR Online declaration.

3) Copy of previous Dedicated Hunters Certificate
